Every client receives personalized attention and all of our accounts are handled on a permanent basis by an Account Executive and/or service staff. CENTRALIZED AD PLACEMENT
Call or meet with one of our Account Executives and your advertisement will be posted on any niche site or in any newspaper or magazine anywhere in the world. There is no minimum line or administrative cost.
AD PREPARATION & FOLLOW-UP
Our creative department prepares ads by organizing your programs’ curricula, complex technical definitions and accreditation terminology and transforms it into eye-catching, lead-generating ads that are also cost-effective. Starting with simple text, we create unique, original art for ads, posters, billboards, brochures, special projects, etc. Equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems and programs, we complete ads in-house and then email, FTP or fax copies for approval/record-keeping prior to placement. Ads prepared at the agency are always given detailed attention to ensure quality, accuracy, and appearance.
FOLLOW-UP OF ADS AFTER PUBLICATION
Once your ad has run, we check with the media/publication(s) used to confirm it was placed and published correctly. Credits and reruns are obtained when warranted and, as a matter of personal policy, we keep a permanent ad book with every ad placed by each client.
LEAD TRACKING
Leads are monitored continually every day. We work to maintain & over-achieve expected budgets and goals, and make immediate changes when necessary.
MEDIA PLANNING
We use our extensive experience in organizing and hosting high-intensity, high-impact campaigns to meet long and short range student recruiting demands. This includes directing career fairs, open houses, special career sections/banner pages, press releases, etc.
MULTI-FACILITY ADVERTISING
We effectively coordinate advertising for companies with multiple locations worldwide. Our first step is to evaluate your company’s specific requirements and goals. Next we design a plan to facilitate and streamline your advertising efforts company-wide in order to maximize quality, efficiency and cost control as well as eliminate duplication of effort.
CENTRALIZED MONTHLY BILLING
We provide itemized invoices, detailing rate, insertion date, lineage and total cost. This eliminates processing of media invoices that come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and styles. All invoices include a tear sheet of each ad as proof of publication.
RESEARCH OF CURRENT TRENDS
A careful monitoring process of tracking new developments and trends of our clients’ competition and the job market enables us to keep our marketing strategies up-to-date. We regularly assess effective marketing techniques and work to develop original creative that stands above the competition. STRATEGY also participates in CCA, SHRM, ACICS, and ACCSCT conferences.
COST CONTROL
We ensure that you pay the lowest possible contract rate or local rate available at any and all media/publications. Cost per lead (CPL) is significantly reduced through careful study of existing programs, at which point we develop a solution by selecting the right media, design appeal, promotions and placement. Above all, we substantially reduce your school Admission Director’s, Coordinator’s, and/or your time-consuming efforts in this area, leaving you free to manage other important tasks and/or convert more leads.
